The breakfast it’s a very important meal for our brain , may at the early morning our appetite become fable , and almost skip the breakfast ,but that what make our brain being starving .
Our brain needs 120 grams of glucose a day to function properly.
All we sleep around 6 or 8 hours , so thafter this long period of time the level of the glucose in our bodies comes low, and when we skip the breakfast at the morning this part of the day where our brain be more active , and when our brain trying to work in the perfect way didn’t find the enough glucose .
