There are healthier alternatives to foods with high carbohydrates such as brown rice, whole grain bread, sweet potatoes, organic juice, along with fruits and vegetables.
A severe acne infection may call for your doctor or dermatologist to prescribe medication. There are two types that are commonly used by acne sufferers which are oral and topical treatments.Your doctor may prescribe either to see it's effectiveness and overtime you may need to take a combination of two medications.
