Ingredients:
2 cups of frozen raspberries .1 frozen banana, sliced .
1 cup of coconut water .
2 tbsp. canned coconut milk .
2 tbsp. chopped almonds.
Instructions:
1. First Combine the ingredients in a blender in the order listed.2. Then Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined.
3. At last Pour the smoothie into two glasses and serve immediately.if is needed add ice .
